Teresa heads and assists in managing our North Bay service areas. A 15-plus year driving instructor veteran, Teresa has literally taught thousands of teens and adults students throughout the Bay Area. Teresa is our Lead Academy Instructor overseeing our North Bay service areas. A strong reputation in driver training excellence, she is highly requested as one of our top in-demand driving instructor.
In addition, Teresa is a Bay Area native and grew up in San Mateo County where she still currently resides. Along with Carrie, Teresa is our resident expert in all things driver training. She has taught students with all various skill levels, ages, and obstacles. Highly skilled, patient and friendly as evident in her 40+ 5-Star Yelp reviews. I agree 100% with the recommendation for Bay Area Driving Academy. For all six lessons we have had, the instructor has always been on time arriving and returning. Carrie taught my older son to drive; he was very comfortable with her and passed the driving test on the first try. When it was time for my younger son to learn, I was disappointed to find Carrie already booked for the day I wanted. I took a chance on Theresa instead. After the first lesson, my son wanted to stay with Theresa! For his last lesson, she asked at which DMV he’d be testing, and then spent the time running him through what he’d need to do for the test. Yes, he did pass on the first try! Both instructors were very calm, patient, polite, and personable. 8/3/2017

I would highly recommend this school. I took a couple of lessons before my behind-the-wheel test there. Instructor Teresa helped me a lot to improve my driving style and cope with the test anxiety. I followed her advice and passed the exam. The school itself offers a great service: you can book lessons online, there is a big variety of pricing options, and you can also pay either before or after the lesson. Also, the school would always remind you in advance about your upcoming lesson. 2/9/2017
