Just passed my test today, yeah!! I recently moved to CA from Europe, with no european license and not knowing Santa Clara area that much. Today I took the driving session as apart of International Relocate program. The instructor was Teresa, she was very supportive , patient and was able to bring up the right areas of improvement . She had great tips on DMV behind the wheel exam as well. Recommended. 4/4/2016
After moving to the Bay area from Germany I had to take my drivers license test.
I have been driving in Germany for 6 years and nothing ever happened. so after passing nd written exam I was like: yeah, I’ll do the behind the wheel test in ma sleep.
Sadly I didn’t. After failing twice I called bay area driving academy and they could fit me in with an. Appointment very soon!
So I took one. Lesson with Teresa.
And it was great! She really helped me and made me focus on the important things for the test. We drove around Santa Clara where my test would be. she could give me good answers to my questions and was supporting!

What a great company! My daughter completed their behind-the-wheel training with Bay Area Driving Academy. She had lessons with both Teresa and Jenn, and both provided her with excellent instruction. She passed her driving test the first time shortly after her third lesson. They were both friendly and professional, and my daughter enjoyed her lessons with them. In addition to excellent instruction, I appreciated the ease of scheduling at Bay Area Driving Academy. They have a calendar posted online that you can use to schedule lessons. No calling, leaving messages, waiting for return phone calls. In addition, the staff at Bay Area is very friendly and accommodating. They helped me reschedule a lesson after my daughter injured herself and could not drive. So, a well-run company with an excellent product, excellent customer service, and excellent logistical support. I highly recommend them! 9/5/2016
The yelp reviews of Carrie were so good I phoned up and said I wanted Carrie. Since we were impatient to begin, we wound up having one lesson with Jen and one with Teresa. No problem, my daughter liked them both very much and found Teresa to be a kindred spirit. I also like having my daughter getting different teachers’ perspectives, so I thought it was a plus. We look forward to the last lesson with Carrie in September, just a few days before THE DMV APPOINTMENT. Wish us luck! 8/11/2016
